Traditional Hatha Yoga is a complete discipline of purification of the body and the soul to approach a more natural and spiritual lifestyle. Traditional Hatha Yoga comprises the body and mind as a whole, used to eliminate stress, be in optimal physical condition and open the doors to the world of meditation.

Hatha Yoga was originally introduced by Yogi Swatmarama, in the 15th century by a sage from India, “Ha” means the sun / the masculine and “tha” the moon / the feminine, as the integration of the opposites in a complete union, The goal of Hatha Yoga is to unite the mind, body and spirit.

There is not not only one mantra to open the space and connect with the divine consciousness, but depend from which shool are you coming from. I was taught the Gayatri Mantra to open the space and concluide the fisical practice with Maha Mrityo Mantra or also know as Shiva Mantra.
